Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at WonderNest. We are committed to delivering your home essentials safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Target Destination & Currency

  • We currently ship to all destinations across Brazil.

  • All transactions and shipping fees are processed in Brazilian Real (BRL).

2. Shipping Costs & Order Value Conditions

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over R$ 300.00.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under R$ 300.00, a fixed shipping fee of R$ 30.00 will be applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Our total delivery window is divided into processing (handling) time and transit time:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM (GMT-03:00) Brasilia Standard Time (São Paulo). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 18 business days in total.

4. Tracking & Delivery Conditions

  • Tracking Info: Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Item Condition upon Return: Please note that if a product needs to be returned or exchanged under our Refund Policy, we accept only new, unopened products in their original packaging that have never been used.
