1. Returns & Exchanges Window

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return and receive a refund.

  • 30-Day Exchange Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request an exchange for a different product or variant.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Fees

  • Free Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges. You will not be charged for the return label or any restocking fees.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@wondernest.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
